Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Accounting / Accounts Payable Clerk to code vendor invoices. Candidate must be detail oriented, problem solver, possess excellent customer contact and computer skills (Word, Excel, general), with a preference for accounts payable processing.
Responsibilities:
- Code vendor invoices
- Vendor invoice issue resolution and problem solving
- Vendor account reconciliations
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma – preference for some advanced schooling
- Job cost accounting experience a plus
- Good general computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, General
- Excellent organization and independent work skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to perform basic math skills including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios
Schedule:Full time
Salary Range: $21-23/hr depending on experience
