Position Summary: Provide for daily completion of facility activity. This includes supervision of contractors, communication with site contacts and resolving daily issues. Performing daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities. Consistently deliver activities associated with the Statement of Work (SOW) as it relates to assigned properties. Responsible for accurate and punctual completion of all service requests, PM’s, Team Members generated and self-generated.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and develop a strong customer service-oriented culture and relationship with the client and specifically customer TFS site “key” contacts and/or liaisons to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Ensure that delivery of service is addressed, dealing with contractors, Toyota site staff and/or landlord/property management contacts at assigned sites.
- Promote company philosophy through personal example.
- Ensure consistency and continuity with the SOW document by becoming intimately familiar with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual responsibilities. Perform the “First Watch” program of the property and proactively proceed with any needed repairs/maintenance, after discussing with National Facilities Manager.
- Responsible for all Team Member submitted Work Order including Room set ups and office repairs.
- Ensure that all PM activity that may affect the availability of the facility be scheduled and communicated to the site TFS “key” contact. Additionally, communications with the National Facilities Manager regarding these issues.
- Become proactively involved in facility daily activities. Ensuring involvement with emergency response, ERT, facility related activities.
- Seek and submit proposals and approval for any necessary maintenance work.
- Complete all assigned inspections/PM’s and issued service requests on time and properly recorded within the Building Engines (BE)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances as related to the daily operations of assigned facility.
- Ensure that all sub-contractors have approved and signed current sub-contract agreements on file prior to implementation of work.
- Ability to lift 35Ib.
- Maintain on-call status for immediate action pertaining to critical systems failure.
- Additional tasks/responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Company will conduct Background check, MVR and Controlled Substance testing prior to hire.
