Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Supervisor for Highway Concrete Technicians Crew to travel and perform and  oversee concrete repair and maintenance operations in Texas and Colorado as assigned. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to driving across Texas and several US states, highway concrete repair/maintenance, guardrail, and drainage, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.  Regional Concrete crew members will be 
based out of Grand Prairie, TX and require the ability to travel at least 75% of the time within the US, mostly within TX & CO.

Required Experience:
Concrete forming/repair experience required - Minimum 3 years of related experience
Must be balet o travel 75% of the time
Basic Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoibnt and Google Earth
Strong leadership qualities; must have experience working, overseeing, and leading construction crews
Roadway maintenance experience
Concrete forming and repair experience
Exposure to operating Wheel loader, Skidsteer, Forklift, Air drill, Asphalt roller, etc
MOT (Traffic control certifications/courses)

Preferred Experience:
Roadway maintenance experience
Air compressor operations familiarity
Guardrail and Sign installation experience
TCP - Traffic control planner
CDL A license a plus
Bilingual: English/Spanish (read/write) preferred but not required

Clean driving record is essential
Must pass criminal background check


Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
Carry out simple arithmetic functions
Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology
Ability to use smart phone and applications
Ability to adjust to changing work schedule
Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate hand/power tools
 
Schedule:
Full time. Must be able to travel 75% of the time with 1 week notice.
Must be able to work rotating day or night shift, including weekends. Day shift is typically 7am - 3:30pm. Night shift is typically 6pm - 2:30am or once concrete is cured, Must be able to work weather events such as snow, ice, and floods.
