Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Training Coordinator.  This position will be based at our Jacksonville, FL project office.  The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administrative processes of our local training center as well as perform administrative duties for our local project.  

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate and perform administrative functions for project staff, clients, vendors, etc.
  • Administer and maintain in-house database management system.
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
  • Perform training coordinator duties to achieve corporate learning and development goals.  
  • Maintain tracker for all training travel, transportation, and lodging.
  • Communication with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Human Resources, Employees, and Ops Support.
  • Be a dependable, reliable, and highly organized member of the team with focus on safety, business maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Education and Experience:
  • At least two (2) years experience performing general clerical duties in a fast pace environment: strong organizational, scheduling skills, time management, tracking, and communication. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Strong knowledge of effective training and presentation tools and technology including web-based, computer-based training, and e-learning.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule:
Full time; Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:00pm.  Additional hours as needed to meet demands.

Salary:
$20-$23, depending on experience.
