Position summary: Roy Jorgensen is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist responsible for highway accident property damage claims, including claims analysis, billing, and collections. This includes investigating claim details, preparing accurate invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with customers
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to the customers
Required Experience/Skills:
- Time and Material preparations
- Accounting degree or comparable work
- Proficiency in general computer skills to include MS Word, Excel
- Strong organization and independent work skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-focused approach
Schedule: Full time Monday – Friday
Salary: $25.00- $28.00/hr compensation is depending on candidate experience and certifications.
Company will conduct Background check, MVR and Controlled Substance testing prior to hire.
