Position Description:

Provide facilities operations support to the TFS Headquarters office with activities to include Local Facilities Support, Department Finances, and Develop Presentations and Communications for Facilities Department.

 

Position Qualification:

Motivated self-starter with independent work practice. Strong written and verbal skills; previous property management experience; with good understanding of accounts payable, PO processes; annual budget processes.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a strong customer service-oriented relationship with client employees and management.
  2. Solve client facilities-related problems.
  3. Promote company management philosophy through personal example.

 

Local Facilities Support

  1. Liaison for TFS team members at the Plano HQ and the Property Management group
  2. Space Planning for future growth and TFS department needs
  3. Move coordination
  4. WISP Management

 

Department Finances

  1. Assist with the Annual Budgeting Process
  2. Process and Track Department Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders
  3. Track and maintain vendor COI’s and sub-contractor agreements
  4. Create and close PO’s for all work requests
  5. Monthly audit of open PO’s

 

Department Presentations and Communications

  1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, presentations, and reports, as required
  2. Maintain emergency contacts lists for each site

 

Visio, PPT, Word, Adobe, PPT – Strong Knowledge with a Facilities and/or Property Management Background,

Schedule: Full Time
