ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
National leader in maintenance management headquartered in Frederick, MD has an immediate opening for a full time Purchasing Clerk to prepare and process purchase order transactions. Requires proficiency with Microsoft suite, excellent organization skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, independent worker, and customer service orientation. Responsibilities include preparing and managing purchase order transactions, invoice issue resolution, project funding tracking, and problem solving.
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft suite
Self-starter who can work independently
Skilled in establishing priorities and excellent attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Dependable and highly organized with business maturity and positive attitude.
Experience with automated purchasing processes a plus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders
Invoice issues resolution and problem solving
Project support and reporting
