Facility Coordinator-Western United States
Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. current has an immediate opening for a full-time Facilities Coordinator. The position responsibilities include overseeing operations at 16 sites, West of the Mississippi River. This encompasses 9 different States. Extensive travel to all sites each quarter is required.
Other responsibilities include managing contractors and subcontractors and related maintenance/repairs. Maintain Dealer Sales Operations Manager, Dealer Sales Service Manager, and the property management contact at each site. Ensure compliance with client contract requirements, vendor/subcontractor agreements. Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
This position reports directly to the National Account Manager.
Minimum Required Experience: Facilities coordination/Management in a Corporate office environment and Facilities related field experience. Electrical, HVAC, and project management experience. Working knowledge of MS office products.
