Position Summary:

Jorgensen has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant in support of a corporate leased property in San Diego, CA. We desire an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service and with technical skill sets and aptitude for occupancy coordination and work order systems. Must be customer service oriented, be a self-starter, have professional manner, be organized, be able to make informed decisions, and have a willingness to learn. Tasks will include coordinate and schedule Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC), manage daily moves; coordinating with internal technology and building services team; monitor and maintain record drawings for MACs, includes terms and new hires; conduct quarterly occupancy floor audits; handle customer inquiries and issues; create purchase orders and track expenses.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a facility management environment
Ability to interface with customers (communications, problem solving, work prioritization & scheduling)
Familiarity with occupancy management, JDE or CMMS systems a plus
MS Office products required
Reliability and flexibility

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
College education preferred
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. Criminal record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Practical work experience
Exhibit strong customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Self-starter with a professional manner
Neat, clean and presentable appearance
Ability to adjust to dynamic work environment
