Position Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance activities (preventive and corrective), repairs, setups and other services requests that provide all Toyota Financial Services team members and visitors with a safe, orderly, comfortable and inviting work environment.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidate will have 2 years of relevant business experience, technical facilities knowledge, time management skills, experience in working with preventative maintenance programs, exhibit strong customer service skills including meeting the needs of on-site customer and practical computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Foster and develop a strong customer service-oriented culture and relationship with client and specifically with TFS site “key” contacts and/or liaisons to ensure successful delivery of services.
Apply a range of skills to perform building inspections and repairs, custodial and facility support including but not limited to: minor HVAC service and adjustments, electrical and lighting; plumbing; furniture, locks, keys, event set ups/tear downs, moves and rearrangement; signage, artwork and display etc.
Know the site, buildings, system and norms of operation. Develop an open communication with supervisor and colleagues to support first responders in emergencies and alter technical supervisor and staff to sustain peak performance of the facility
Ensure that delivery of service is addressed, dealing with contractors and/or land lord/property management contacts at the CSC’s.consistency and continuity by becoming intimately familiar with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual responsibilities. Perform a daily inspection of property. and submit for approval, proposals for any necessary maintenance work communicating directly with the Facilities Manager.
Complete all assigned inspections/PM’s and issued service requests on time and properly recorded within the CMMS.
