Position Description

Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance activities (preventive and corrective), repairs, setups, and other service requests that provide all TFS Team members and visitors with a safe, orderly, comfortable and attractive work environment. Maintain a familiarity with the building systems, norms of operation, occupancy and conditions of setup and use, and respond to customer needs and requirements responsibly and professionally. Cultivate a sense of purpose and accountability for quality workmanship and safety. Employ open communications with requestors, managers, colleagues and building users to support the facility operations. Perform other daily administrative tasks as requested.

Preferred candidate will have at a minimum a high school diploma, and on-going coursework and education in the building maintenance field. Must be very customer oriented, reliable, a self-starter, have a professional manner, be able to make informed decisions, and have a willingness to learn.

Ideal candidate should also possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a corporate environment. Practical computer knowledge is also needed.
Salary Range is $28/HR to $31/HR

• Develop a solid customer service-oriented relationship with client associates and managers, subcontractors and Jorgensen staff.

• Maintain all facility components, equipment, parts and supplies, including HVAC, boilers, and coils, cooling towers, condensers and compressors to specified standards.

• Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum value and life of facility components.

• Conduct regular facility inspections for needed maintenance service and improvements.

• Maintain all facility interior and exterior components and improvements in their best and most cost-effective condition, and manage and oversee outsourced service providers to ensure work is performed effectively and executed safely

• Assist with the arrangement of furniture and equipment throughout the campus in meeting, workstation and office space for moves, set-ups and reconfigurations.

• Perform minor construction projects, remodels and other special projects.

• Maintain on-call status for immediate action pertaining to critical systems failure.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a national team.
