Position Summary: Jorgensen has an immediate opening for an experienced Receptionist in support commercial complex in Nashville, TN.  Responsible for greeting and assisting client, VIP’s, visitors and teammates, business partners and suppliers with a friendly, caring and helpful attitude; process, log, badge and track visitors. Additionally, this position will be coordinator for customer pool cars. (notifying the client when their visitors arrive).

• Work in partnership with Security to assist with badging
• Maintain the reception area in highly organized and presentable manner
• Administer the parking and validation programs (validate parking for visitors and guest where applicable)
• Issue and track client pool vehicles
• Provide basic information to callers and visitors
• Assist with various clerical duties as time permits
• Distributes miss-guided hard copy communications\
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Preferred candidate will have a high school diploma, and 2 years of relevant experience. Must exhibit strong communication, developing an understanding of the Clients organization is very beneficial, leadership and customer service skills, some security policies and procedures experience is benefit, practical computer knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
